Usage recommendations

It is recommended to consume it within 7 days after opening.

Ideal for enjoying as an appetizer or a snack between meals, spread on crispy small bread rolls. It’s also great with crudités or vegetable sticks, especially carrots.

In the same vein, we recommend using endive leaves as boats, where each filled leaf offers a crunchy and flavorful bite.

Use Muhammara as a salad dressing. Mix it with a little lemon juice and water to make it more liquid, and drizzle it over your green leaf salads, quinoa salads, or pasta salads.

Use it to create delicious sauces for pasta and risotto by emulsifying with pasta cooking water and other ingredients. For risotto, add the Muhammara at the end to give it a final creamy touch.

Add a tablespoon of Muhammara to your vegetable soups to give them a richer texture and a smoky flavor. It’s especially delicious in tomato, pumpkin, or lentil soups.
