Derived from beets grown in our organic gardens, it has undergone a careful drying and grinding process to provide the nutritional benefits of this superfood (it aids in improving intestinal transit and physical endurance, among many other qualities). One teaspoon of powder is equivalent to one beet.

Tras la recolección de la remolacha, la sometemos a un proceso de lavado, cortado en distintos tamaños y pasamos a deshidratarla en una cámara de secado a 40ºC de temperatura que incorpora un sistema de ventilación oscilante.

Ya deshidratada y bien seca pasamos a molerla y envasarla en bolsas herméticas termoselladas para que mantengan todas sus propiedades intactas.
